About Healthyeme

Healthyeme is a growing plant-based and wholesome food brand focused on creating nutritious, delicious and convenient food options. Our products include granola, nut butters, seed crackers, roasted nuts and seeds, and energy bites.

We are looking for a motivated and creative E-Commerce, Social Media & Marketing Intern who wants hands-on experience in working with an early-stage food startup.

Role: E-Commerce, Social Media & Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage Instagram content, including Reels, posts and stories.
• Assist with basic video editing and Canva-based creatives.
• Write captions and help maintain a weekly content calendar.
• Research competitors, market trends and healthy food brands.
• Research relevant influencers and potential collaboration opportunities.
• Assist with Amazon and JioMart product and market research.
• Monitor customer reviews and identify useful customer insights.
• Research B2B opportunities such as cafés, gyms and corporate clients.
• Assist in generating and maintaining B2B leads.
• Prepare a simple weekly social media and marketing report.
• Support the founder with day-to-day marketing and e-commerce activities.

Who Can Apply?

• Students or fresh graduates from BMS, BBA, MBA, B.Com, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media, Food/Nutrition, Management or related fields.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Candidates with an interest in social media, e-commerce, content creation, marketing or startups are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and social media is an advantage.
• Good communication, creativity and willingness to learn are important.

Internship Details

• Work Mode: Work From Home
• Duration: 3 Months
• Time Commitment: 5–8 hours per week
• Stipend: Currently Non-Stipendiary
• Certificate: Certificate provided upon successful completion
• Opportunity to gain practical experience working directly with an early-stage food startup

What You Will Learn

This internship will provide hands-on exposure to social media marketing, content creation, e-commerce, influencer research, customer insights, B2B lead generation and startup operations.

Internship to Employment Opportunity

This is a 3-month, non-stipendiary internship designed to provide practical experience in business operations, HR and startup management.

Based on performance, contribution and overall suitability during the internship, selected interns may be considered for a paid employment opportunity with Healthyeme after successful completion of the internship.

Employment terms and compensation will be discussed separately with candidates selected for the employment opportunity.
