Welcome to our Refund Policy page! This policy explains how refunds work when you make purchases or transactions with Cyfinex. Please read it carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
This Refund Policy applies when you are dealing directly with Cyfinex. The rules outlined below apply to three types of users:
Learners (clients, patients, students, etc.)
Masters (candidates, developers, doctors, etc.)
Boffins (organizations, consultancies, etc.)
No Refunds on Purchased Coins: Once you buy coins from us, you cannot get a refund for them. Please make sure you want to buy the coins before completing your purchase.
If your money was taken from your account but you did not receive the coins, don’t worry! Your bank will automatically process a refund within 14 days at the latest. Usually, this happens much faster.
If we receive the money back (which usually happens within one day), we will add the coins to your account and send you an email to confirm that it has been done.
Coins Used for Contact: If you use coins to contact any user, whether it is a free or paid session, those coins cannot be refunded if you are unable to reach the user for any reason. It’s important to check that the user is active and available before using your coins.
Payments to users: If any payment is made outside of our website, we cannot assist with refunds for those payments. You can still reach out to us for assistance; however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to get your money back.
Withdrawal Fees: After every withdrawal request, there will be a fee of 40 INR deducted as a brokerage fee. This means that a small amount will be taken from your total withdrawal amount for each request made by any user (Learner, Master, or Boffin).
For Masters and Boffins:
If Masters or Boffins receive payments for services rendered through Cyfinex and there are issues with those transactions, they should contact support directly for assistance.
Refund requests related to services provided by Masters or Boffins will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to our terms and conditions.
