I have a question about geography. This question explores the Earth's internal structure, focusing on the layer that causes tectonic shifts, leading to earthquakes and continental drift through plate movement. So basically,Which layer of the Earth is responsible for tectonic plate movement and earthquakes?"

The upper part of the mantle makes the plates on Earth move.
So, when these plates move or hit each other, it causes Earthquakes.
