Hey guys. This is an astrophysics question. I need the answer in easy language.
The theory of relativity explains space behavior by showing that time slows down and space contracts for objects moving near light speed (special relativity). Gravity bends space-time (general relativity).

The theory of relativity says that space and time are connected, and objects move differently depending on their speed and the gravity around them. Fast-moving objects and strong gravity can slow down time and change how distances look
